    💼 Fees & Support

    • WESA does not offer speaker fees, but we are open to barter opportunities (e.g., media exchange, visibility packages)

    • Travel and accommodation costs are covered by the speaker or their organization.

    🧠 Content Guidelines

    • All presentations must be aligned with WESA’s themes: leadership, enterprise, innovation, and impact

    ✅ Selection Criteria

    • Applications are reviewed based on the strength of the idea, speaker fit, and relevance to our audience

    • The WESA content team holds editorial discretion over the final session format, agenda, and speakers

    • We may invite accepted speakers to participate in alternative formats (e.g., panels, fireside chats, roundtables)
